About the service
Omnix Compliance Tracking shows filing deadlines taken from the public Companies House register and sends reminders. It is provided by Omnix and is independent of Companies House, HMRC and the UK government.
Not advice
Dates and penalty amounts are shown for information only and may change or be out of date. We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice. Always check the official source on gov.uk and with a qualified adviser. The company remains responsible for filing on time.
Free trial and access
After you confirm your email, reminders for the company you chose start with a free 15-day trial. Some accounts may be marked free by us, for example when you sign up with our accounting partner. We will tell you before any charge applies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to send spam. We may limit or block requests that look abusive.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Omnix is not liable for penalties or losses caused by missed, wrong or delayed information or reminders.
