Who we are

Omnix Software Solutions ("Omnix", "we") runs Omnix Compliance Tracking. We are an independent service. We are not Companies House, HMRC or any government body.

What we collect

Company details from the public Companies House register (name, number, registered office address, filing deadlines). This is public information.

If you activate a company: your email address, the company you chose, your language, the activation date and your reminder settings.

Technical logs (IP address, time, action) kept in an audit log for security and to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

To send the activation and sign-in links you ask for, to send deadline reminder emails (90, 30 and 7 days before a deadline), to run your dashboard, and to keep the service secure. For registered office addresses of newly incorporated companies, we may send a paper letter telling the company about this service; our legitimate interest is helping companies meet their filing deadlines.

Paper letters and opting out

Every letter explains who we are and how to opt out. You can stop new letters for a company at any time with the "Do not send me letters" button on the company page. We then keep that company on a suppression list so no new letters are created.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use an email delivery provider and hosting provider to run the service. If you follow the accounting partner link, that partner's own privacy policy applies.

Retention and your rights

We keep activation data while your account is active and delete it on request. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Reminders

Every reminder email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also switch reminders off in your dashboard.
